Invasive Species Council is seeking a People & Operations Director to lead finance, HR, governance and operational systems. You will partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to set multi-year financial strategy, design people policies, and oversee risk, contracts and IT tools.
You will manage a small team and a budget for contractors, with some travel to our nationwide activities. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role in a national not-for-profit.
