Griffith University is seeking a Customer Service focused Student Connect Officer to support students from admission to graduation. You will handle high volumes of front counter inquiries, phone calls and emails, delivering accurate information and friendly service.

Based at Nathan for training, with a move to Brisbane City campus on opening of CBD site in 2027. The role offers full time ongoing work with a strong team and opportunities to learn and progress.
