NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking a Registered Nurse for the GRACE team (acute Geriatric Outreach) at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. This temporary part time role (32 hours/week) offers post-graduate opportunities in aged care and/or community nursing with eligibility criteria as described.

You will perform clinical assessments, adapt to changing priorities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
