Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a country hotel between Northampton and Towcester. Help run the kitchen daily, cook with fresh seasonal ingredients, with menus changing throughout the year and occasional summer barbecues.

This role suits a robust Chef de Partie seeking progression; the Head Chef will teach costing and menu development. Transport is essential due to rural location.

Free parking and meals on duty are provided.
