Earthmoving Equipment Sales Representative

Cappro Pacific is recruiting an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow an established territory covering South-West Sydney through to Canberra. This is a newly create role within the Group as they wish to put onboard another rep due to the demand in the market and the territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson who understands the earthmoving equipment market, knows how to build lasting customer relationships and wants to maximise their earning potential through uncapped commissions.

The Opportunity

- Base salary of $100,000 + superannuation.
- Company 4WD provided.
- 2% Uncapped commission structure all sales staff earn over $200,000 each year.
- Established territory spanning South-West Sydney to Canberra.
- Opportunity to develop current business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Represent quality earthmoving equipment and solutions to civil and construction customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across your allocated territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with civil contractors, earthmoving companies and construction businesses.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.




- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain regular customer contact and identify opportunities to grow market share.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

About You

- Proven experience in earthmoving equipment sales or a closely related industry.
- Established relationships with civil, construction or earthmoving customers.
- We would love you to be living in the territory area
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage a territory independently and consistently generate new business.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
