ALS is seeking a Site Governance Supervisor for Townsville operations to champion safety and ensure compliance across the site. You will work closely with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance to manage hazards and drive continuous safety improvements.

This hands-on role involves conducting inspections, supporting medical appointments, leading risk assessments and maintaining the HSE portal. Full training is provided.
