We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins at our Woodlands store. Our stores are fast-paced, high-volume, and keep you on your toes. We need a hands-on leader who knows how to drive sales, lead a busy team from the front, keep standards razor-sharp, and manage all day-to-day retail operations without needing a rulebook every five minutes.

What you’ll be doing

n

n
- Taking full ownership of store performance, hitting sales targets, and driving commercial results on the floor
n
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team by working shoulder-to-shoulder with them during peak trading times
n
- Managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and high-impact seasonal changeovers
n
- Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, wage control, stock control, and security procedures
n
- Ensuring fast, high-volume customer service that keeps queues moving while making every shopper feel valued
n
- Maintaining a secure, clean,



and compliant working environment for both staff and customers
n

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail or high-volume environment
n
- A genuine hands-on leadership style—you lead by example and aren’t afraid to jump on the register or unpack stock
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing store costs
n
- Great people skills—you know how to build a tight-knit team, coach performance, and get the best out of the people around you
n
- High personal standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer service
n
- Resilience, adaptability, and a calm, practical head when the shop floor gets hectic
