Our client is a a leading developer and builder of premium, master-planned lifestyle communities delivering high-quality homes at scale across Queensland.
We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the development of a large-scale facilities precinct at one of their new developments in Kilcoy.
The Role:
This role will oversee the construction of premium resident facilities, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial builds that set the benchmark for quality, finish and functionality within a resort-style environment. This site has a multi-year construction program, providing long-term continuity.
Plan and manage day-to-day site operations for end-to-end commercial construction from civils to final fishes.
Lead plant subcontractors, trades and labourers across all build stages




Ensuring quality assurance standards and inspection requirements are met
Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain build momentum
Coordinate with head office support teams and in office stakeholders
About You:
Minimum of a QBCC Low Rise Licence or eligible to obtain
Robust site leadership experience with a practical, hands-on approach
Solid knowledge of WHS requirements and safe site practices
