About You

2 years experience in luxury sales, retail, or another customer-facing environment
n
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
n
Motivated by achieving results and earning commission
n
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
n
Current driver's licence required
n
Key Responsibilities

Manage warm inbound customer enquiries

Build strong relationships with prospective clients

Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase

Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience

Identify upselling prospects to maximise sales outcomes
