Our client is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join their dealership team in Narrogin.
This is a excellent chance for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in vehicles and takes pride in getting the details right.
About the role As a key point of contact for parts enquiries, you'll help customers and workshop staff identify and source the parts they need.
You'll provide friendly, knowledgeable service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts department.
Key responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries and identification.
Check parts availability and support ordering and sourcing.
Maintain accurate parts records and help keep stock organised.
Provide helpful, timely service and build positive customer relationships.




Work collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership.
About you You have robust communication and customer service skills.
You're organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities.
You have an interest in automotive parts and are willing to build your product knowledge.
Parts interpretation or automotive industry experience would be an advantage.
