Deloitte is recruiting an Employee Relations Workplace Investigator to join our expanding ER and WHS team.
This role offers the chance to work across firm-wide investigations, build specialist expertise with robust support, and contribute to national ER strategy and practice.
What will your typical day look like?
Lead and manage workplace investigations across the organisation from intake to final report, ensuring thoroughness, fairness and timeliness.
Support a broad portfolio of ER and WHS investigations and apply consistent, best practice investigative methods.
Prepare concise,



strategic investigation reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
Conduct interviews and evidence gathering with empathy, neutrality and strict confidentiality.
Build and maintain productive relationships with Talent Directors, coaches and other stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
Contribute to continuous improvement of investigation processes, templates and training.
