About the role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Speech Pathologist
ready to take the next step as a
Team Leader
. This is a
split position,
combining clinical work with leadership responsibilities. This is deal for someone who thrives on supporting others while continuing to make a hands-on impact with clients.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in
Speech Pathology
Current
SPA membership
and
Working With Children Check
(or ability to obtain)
Solid clinical experience
across a variety of client presentations
Passion for
mentoring and developing others
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centred care
