Royal Freemasons Ltd invites an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations at Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care. This full time, fixed-term maternity leave role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, overseeing care delivery and regulatory compliance.
You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, manage care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.
