About the role Working Monday to Friday,



you'll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality meals tailored to their individual dietary and texture-modified requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Preparing meals through effective bulk cooking.
Delivering texture-modified meals in line with residents' dietary requirements.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
Working independently to manage kitchen priorities and maintain consistent food quality.
Supporting a positive, respectful and welcoming dining experience.
