Canterbury Hospital, part of Sydney Local Health District NSW Health, is seeking an After Hours Clinical Nurse Educator. The role focuses on clinical development and staff training, fostering a preceptor/mentor culture to support high-quality patient care.

The educator will formulate, coordinate and evaluate unit-based educational programs; assess and demonstrate clinical procedures, and promote reflective practice to deliver evidence-based care and drive improvement.
