Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse Ward L4 (Colorectal Surgery) for a one-year secondment. The role focuses on clinical leadership in a busy colorectal ward, delivering high standards of nursing care and coordinating daily ward activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with surgeons, junior doctors and allied health professionals to ensure secure, patient-centred care throughout the surgical journey, from admission to discharge.
