Intereach Bendigo is seeking a Community Support Worker (Home Care) to join our Aged Care Support team in Bendigo. This permanent part-time role (minimum 15 hours per week) is based onsite and supports older people to live independently at home.
You will provide person-centred support to clients aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), helping them stay secure and connected in their homes.
