McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care Supervisor to oversee a thriving community of independent older adults in Beverley. You will lead the Care and Support team, ensuring safety, coordinating activities and fostering a warm, welcoming workplace where residents can live independently with dignity.

The role requires experience in care, a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (Level 2 accepted with progression), and prior team supervision.
