About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver person-centred care in a community setting. You will be responsible for supporting clinical care needs while building positive relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support clients with daily living activities as required
- Collaborate with families, carers,
and the multidisciplinary team
- Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or relevant health professionals
- Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
- Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment
- Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting
- Experience in community care, aged care, or disability (preferred)
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check and relevant clearances
- Current NDIS Screening check or willing to aply one
- Current WWC Check
