Lead team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas within the hotel.
Have high standards of grooming and presentation.
Be available and versatile to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings,



late evenings and on weekends.
What you will be doing?
Ensure that room cleaning productivity is monitored closely and maintained.
Provide ongoing performance feedback to Housekeeping employees.
Handle or resolve all guest complaints and establish amicable relations with guests of the hotel and look after their needs and comforts at all times.
Ensure that the control and administration of lost properly is properly recorded and stored accordingly.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper with the preparation of weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and labour planning to meet with activity in the Hotel so as to maintain cost effectiveness.
Maintain an accurate and proper inventory of all stocks, guest supplies, linens, etc.
