Lead and coach functional leads.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
Drive performance through KPIs aligned to Civeo objectives.
Customers Maintain solid client relationships.
Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
Improve customer satisfaction across villages.
Process Implement standard operating procedures across villages.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ and ISO standards.
Oversee asset maintenance and contractor management.
Finance Support hub-level budgeting.
Monitor financial performance and EBITDA contribution.
Drive cost efficiency.
About you An Electrical Trade Qualification and/or current electrical licence, or equivalent past electrical experience.
Experience managing electrical infrastructure, statutory compliance programs such as Test
