Our client, a national courier delivery company, is seeking a permanent, full time Delivery Performance Manager to oversee onboarding, retention and performance of a large team in the Brisbane area. Based in Wacol, this role runs 5 days a week from 5am to 1pm with a base salary of 85,000 AUD plus super and a 15,000 AUD car allowance.

You will lead performance reviews, ensure safety/compliance, drive process improvements and support staff through training and development.
