About the role

Working as part of a production team, you will assist with daily manufacturing operations and help ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently. These are hands‑on roles in an industrial environment, requiring physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to remain productive throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities

- Operating and assisting with production machinery
- Monitoring production lines and workflow
- Feeding raw materials into production areas
- Handling, moving and preparing materials
- Packing, stacking and labelling finished products
- Conducting basic quality checks




- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following production procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Performing repetitive manual handling tasks as required

About you

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or process work
- Experience operating machinery or working on a production line, highly regarded
- The ability to perform repetitive manual handling duties
- Positive physical fitness and stamina
- A strong focus on safety and quality
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Reliable transport
- A dependable attitude and commitment to regular attendance
- Availability for ongoing work on your allocated shift
- 38+ hours per week
