Carrington Centennial Care Limited is seeking a highly motivated WHS Advisor to lead health and safety across our aged care organisation of ~800 staff. This onsite role reports to the Chief People Officer and offers base salary + leave loading, superannuation, and NFP salary packaging.

You will partner with operational leaders and the People & Culture team to drive practical WHS improvements, build safety culture, and ensure effective incident management and recovery at work outcomes.
