Alfagomma Australia is seeking a Store Person to join our team at our Eastern Creek, NSW facility. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse and storage operations. As a Store Person, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organising stock, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations that support our manufacturing and logistics business. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of materials and products throughout our facility and plays a vital part in our operational success.

What you’ll be doing

- Receiving, checking and logging incoming goods and materials into the warehouse management system
- Organising and storing inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and accessibility
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to specifications and dispatch requirements
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring goods are secured and transported safely
- Supporting the warehouse team in meeting delivery schedules and customer requirements
- Identifying and reporting damaged or faulty goods, and assisting with returns or replacements
- Maintaining adherence to health, safety and environmental protocols at all times

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse, store or logistics environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently, with robust attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift,



carry and move heavy items regularly throughout your shift
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to casual work arrangements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred
- A commitment to health and safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
