Rydges Geelong, part of the EVT Group, is seeking a chef to join a rapid-paced kitchen team. You will cook across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events while ensuring high quality, safety, and presentation standards.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help with stock, ordering, and menu development, maintaining a clean kitchen and supporting front-of-house colleagues. Weekend/evening availability is expected.
