We are seeking an exceptional luxury retail professional to join a prestigious premium brand in a role centred on client relationships, personalised service and long-term client development.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands that luxury retail extends far beyond the in-store experience. We are looking for a commercially minded individual who excels at building a loyal client base, nurturing relationships and creating meaningful, lasting connections with clients.

Key responsibilities

- Proactively build, develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
- Drive clienteling through consistent follow-ups, personalised outreach and thoughtful relationship management.
- Create a highly personalised and elevated client experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to re-engage existing clients and develop recent client relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding new collections, launches and relevant offerings.
- Contribute to sales growth through client retention, relationship development and repeat purchases.




- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique while keeping the client experience at the heart of everything.
- Effectively lead and manage a team of casuals

The ideal candidate

- Has experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within a relationship-driven environment and a bonus of management experience.
- Is highly confident in clienteling, CRM and proactive client follow-up.
- Understands the importance of building long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on transactional sales.
- Is commercially driven, polished and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrates initiative, organisation and a genuine ability to turn first-time customers into loyal clients.
- Demonstrated experience effectively managing a team
