Life Without Barriers in Alice Springs is seeking a Senior Child, Youth & Family Support Worker to provide day-to-day care and a therapeutic home workplace for children and young people in a residential setting.

You will support daily routines, relationships, life skills and decision making, while mentoring staff and maintaining trauma-informed care across the team. Applicants must have qualification or relevant experience and current First Aid/CPR.
