Norths Collective is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple venues and entities. You will lead the Finance Manager and wider finance team, driving strategy, compliance and performance for a growing hospitality group.

You will handle consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting under AASB, strengthen internal controls, optimise cash flow and partner with the CFO and Board on critical financial decisions.
