About the Role:

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our club – welcoming members, building strong relationships, and driving membership growth through tours, outreach, and excellent service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with potential members via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media
- Conducting club tours and helping members find the right membership option
- Reaching monthly membership sales targets and KPIs




- Supporting member retention through excellent service and follow-up
- Promoting the club through local area marketing and events
- Assisting with daily club operations and administration

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Motivated and target-driven attitude
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
