Vogue Cafe Sydney Due to business growth, We are looking for 3 full time Chef de Partie to join the Vogue Café team in exciting World Class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct. At Vogue Cafe Sydney, You will be working with other team members to ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard while maintaining food safety, quality and consistency. Tasks & Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Design seasonal menus using available seasonal ingredients to maximise flavour and reduce costs.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
- Monitor food supplies, place orders with vendors, inspect freshness, and minimize waste.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the kitchen team.
- Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.

Qualification & Experience

- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment.




- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Kitchen Management is essential.
- Confident management of workflow, organisation and high daily output.
- Calm, reliable and comfortable working within structured systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
