The Role

Idle is looking for Front of House Team Members to join the team. From morning coffee to grab-and-go groceries, this pivotal role combines daily operations from our cafe service, light food handing, retail presentation, and guest engagement to create a seamless and welcoming experience. In this position, you will support and contribute to efficient service that reflects quality, hospitality, and community.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a cafe,



high-volume setting or hospitality retail environment
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and genuine care for guests
- Calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Availability to a work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 5:00am to 3:30pm
- RSA & Food Safety Certificate required
