About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success. With a diverse range of responsibilities primarily focused on tenant/owner relations, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless portfolio management.

While the role is hands-on and dynamic, you'll be fully supported by our incredible admin team and leasing agent.

Key Responsibilities





- Enjoy the flexibility of full time hours with the option of one day work from home (after probation)

Who We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management.
- Reliable transportation.
- An energetic, proactive, and confident approach to your work.
- Experience with PropertyME, IRE, 2apply, and Inspection Express is a plus.
