GemLife is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to support residents across our Gold Coast/Logan resorts, performing general repairs, inspections and aftercare. You will travel between sites, work autonomously, and communicate clearly with homeowners and trade contractors.

This hands-on role requires practical trade skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to manage own workload while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
