This isn't your traditional customer service role.

Yes, there are emails, reports, workforce updates, compliance requirements, and client communications that need to be managed professionally and accurately.

But this role goes far beyond that.

It's a role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building partnerships, understanding client operations, solving workforce challenges, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients across NSW's industrial sector.

You’ll split your time between managing key client relationships, supporting workforce employees, coordinating operational requirements, and ensuring the administration behind the scenes is completed to a high standard.

One moment you might be preparing workforce reports or responding to client requests. The next, you’ll be on-site conducting a workforce review, meeting with stakeholders, resolving challenges, or identifying opportunities to strengthen a partnership.

The variety is what makes this role rewarding.

No two days are the same, but every day requires strong communication, sound judgement, and the ability to balance people, operations, and priorities effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and strengthening client relationships across NSW

- Conducting regular site visits and workforce reviews

- Understanding client operations and workforce requirements

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce mobilisation

- Managing workforce performance and employee engagement

- Resolving operational and staffing challenges

- Completing compliance and site requirements

- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and employees

- Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts

- Supporting account management and business development initiatives





Experience That Will Help You Succeed

Highly regarded:

- Blue-collar industry experience

- Warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial experience

- Recruitment or labour hire experience

- Workforce planning or labour coordination experience

- Account management or client relationship experience

- Team Leader, Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Operations experience

Most importantly, you'll understand how industrial environments operate and be comfortable engaging with people at every level.
