ISS Defence Roles at RAAF Edinburgh – Catering is seeking reliable, motivated catering professionals to support the Defence base at RAAF Edinburgh (SA). The Sous Chefs will assist the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations, ensure HACCP compliance, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Current Police Check and ability to obtain medical clearance are required, with a preference for Defence or military experience. Competitive pay and on-site growth opportunities are offered.
