Respect Tongala Memorial is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement, and developing high-performing care teams across our residential aged care home.

You will lead audits, drive compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate efforts to deliver person-centered, protected care that respects each resident’s dignity and choices. AHPRA registration and nursing qualification are essential.
