MSS Security is seeking a Learning & Development qualified to coordinate and deliver accredited training for guarding staff and client stakeholders. Reporting to the General Manager in the Defence portfolio, you will drive learning strategy, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage learning interventions across states.
Based in ACT/NSW/VIC offices with regular travel, you will develop a national training calendar, partner with local RTOs, and coach staff in adult learning concepts
