Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Line Leader – Packaging for a brand-new facility in Pinkenba, QLD. The role is Temp-to-Perm with a Monday-Thursday, day shift roster, and involves supervising packaging operators to ensure targets are met and lines run smoothly, while supporting changeovers and quality checks.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing, with GMP/hygiene discipline and the ability to work physically on a quick-paced
