Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a dedicated full time Customer Service Associate for our Coolangatta Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager, you will greet customers, resolve issues and deliver a WOW experience as part of a busy, customer-focused team.

The role offers an hourly rate with shift loadings + uncapped incentives, plus six weeks of parental leave, ongoing training and development, wellbeing support, and exclusive discounts. Weekend work is part of a rotating roster.
