The role supports the administration of an productive accounts service for Self Funded and NHS patients, handling invoicing, payments, and debt recovery with careful record-keeping.

You will liaise with the Team Leader, manage monthly debt reminders using IDEAS, and propose financial agreements within guidelines to ensure timely payments.
