BlueCare in Gympie is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents in our residential aged care facility. You will assist with daily living tasks, follow individualized care plans and help residents stay active through social and recreational activities.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and you will work as part of a compassionate team delivering high-quality care. Salary packaging and other advantages are available, with a Not-for-Profit salary packaging option.
