About the Rolen
nReporting to the Service Manager, you will lead the clinical and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong clinical governance and compliance standards.n
n
Key responsibilities include:n
n
n

n
- Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams
n
- Drive clinical excellence, quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards
n
- Oversee care planning, medication management,



clinical documentation and risk management
n
- Monitor Direct Care Minutes, clinical performance and workforce requirements
n
- Support AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisation
n
- Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
n
- Work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomes
n

About You We are seeking a confident, hands-on clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care and developing high-performing teams.n
n
To be successful, you will have:n
n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Proven clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
n
- Robust knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Experience in clinical governance, accreditation, audits and quality improvement
n
- Sound understanding of AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes and workforce planning
n
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
n
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
n

Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications, IPC Lead certification or budget management experience.n
n
