It quickly expanded as it established a Melbourne office, and soon after had distribution arrangements in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and Recent Zealand. In 1989, Goodyear began franchising a multi-brand Tyre and automotive services retail shop with a sales focus on Goodyear products.

A professional salesperson with A LOVE for customer service

People management, coaching and development

Effective inventory control and stock take experience (conducted monthly)

The desire to achieve over and above-pre-set goals and K.P.I’s

The ability to market and cold call in your community

Bring new ideas forward with displays, promotions and events at your store

Tasks & responsibilities:

Driving sales and customer service





Understand various brands and recommend the right tire as per the customer's needs

Removing and replacing tyres

Diagnosing tire damage & wear

Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels

Performing puncture repairs conforming torelevant standards

Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment.
