We are looking for an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Kia.

n

n

What You’ll Do

n

n
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle range and dealership offerings.
n
- Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through the purchase journey.
n
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
n
- Identify and generate recent business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
n
- Assist with vehicle valuations as required.
n

Who are YOU?

n

n
- Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred)
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
n
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
n
- Comfortable working with sales targets,



KPIs, and CRM systems.
n
- A valid NSW driver’s licence
n
