Inchcape Caribbean is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Caribbean distribution business from Barbados. You will drive growth for Sales and Aftersales, define the Barbados retail strategy, and shape the Puerto Rico model to expand OBM and motorcycle businesses across the region.

You will translate financial indicators into actionable plans, build a culture aligned with Inchcape’s values, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable performance in a agile market.
