New Growth Care is seeking an HR Generalist to lead the people function across Recent Growth Care and its Gold Coast partner, Thryv. The role can be based at our Bentleigh East (Melbourne) or Broadbeach (Gold Coast) offices and involves building a scalable people function across VIC and QLD.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, shaping culture, performance management, and ownership of Employment Hero across two sites.
