About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing incoming calls, patient enquiries and appointment bookings
- Coordinating the appointment book to support the smooth running of the practice
- Processing payments, accounts and general administrative tasks
- Building genuine relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Working closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience

About You

Ideally, you'll have:

- At least 1 year of experience in dental reception




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Confidence using computers and managing administrative tasks
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
- Reliability, adaptability and a genuine desire to learn and grow
