We are now seeking a passionate and professional Service Staff Member to join our Front of House team at our Moonee Ponds store. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can work a range of shifts including mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends





A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and pride

Knowledge of Italian cuisine or pastry is a plus, but a love for great food is a must!

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting and serving customers with warmth and efficiency

Supporting a smooth flow of service during peak periods

Assisting with training and mentoring new team members

Contributing to the overall energy, presentation and success of our store
