Enjoy working with cars and customers? Bring your automotive or car rental experience to a varied role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Clyde site.

About the role

Based at 16 Wentworth Street, Clyde, you’ll coordinate our subscription and rental vehicles, help customers find the right option, and ensure vehicles are ready for collection.

You’ll largely work independently on site, reporting to a Sydney-based Fleet Manager. This role suits someone organised, practical and confident managing their own day, with a willingness to get hands‑on when needed.

What you’ll do

Coordinate daily site activities, customer collections and vehicle returns.

Handle customer enquiries, explain rental and subscription options, and assist with bookings.

Deliver welcoming, professional vehicle handovers.

Complete vehicle inspections, condition reports and damage documentation.

Organise servicing, repairs, detailing and vehicle movements.





Carry out some vehicle cleaning and detailing when required.

Maintain accurate booking paperwork and vehicle records.

Keep the site tidy, organised and safe.

Work with the Fleet Manager and wider team to resolve customer and operational issues.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in car rental or the automotive industry is essential.

The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and follow through.

Good administration skills, attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.

A practical approach to solving problems and willingness to assist with vehicle preparation.

A current full driver’s licence and the ability to drive manual vehicles.
